From the Garden State Parkway, Southbound, Exit #109

Pay toll & turn left at light onto Newman Springs Road (Route 520), stay in the right-hand lane.

Immediately after Parkway underpass, take first right onto jug handle for Half Mile Road.

Go through light and proceed on Half Mile Road.

Continue on Half Mile Road to end - at end make right onto W. Front Street.

Continue on W. Front Street through Red Bank & Fair Haven
(Front Street will become River Road) into Rumson (approx. 5-6 miles).

Brokers 3 is on the right far corner of East River Road & West Street.

Turn right onto West Street & park in lot behind office. Use side door entrance.
 

From Northbound, Exit #109. Proceed straight through light onto Half Mile Road.
