Patricia (Pat) Duffie' is a broker/owner of Brokers 3 Realtors, Inc.   Established in 1983 in Shrewsbury, NJ with 3 women partners, the company expanded to Rumson in 1985.

Originally from New York, Pat grew up in Middletown, lived in Shrewsbury and has been a resident of Oceanport for the past 24 years. She has 3 grown sons and a daughter. She graduated from Red Bank Catholic High School and St. Michael's Hospital School of Nursing in Newark. Past and present affiliations include Women's Council of Realtors, MLS Committee, By Laws Committee and the Insurance Committee of the Monmouth County Association of Realtors, Board of Trustees for the Mercy Center in Asbury Park, Sister’s Academy Building Campaign Committee, Monmouth County Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Monmouth County Arts Center (Count Basie Theater in Red Bank) and Trustee of the Rumson Professional Association.
