Judy Martinelly is a principal of Brokers 3 Realtors, Inc., a three woman partnership that opened its doors in 1983.

The company is the longest lasting independent multi-office in existence on the Peninsula. Despite numerous approaches from larger franchises to join them, the principals all feel very strongly about the continued opportunities for a smaller privately owned company. The owners and agents all like to think of Brokers 3 as a specialty “Boutique”, able to offer individualized service and marketing without being curtailed or delayed by corporate structure and restrictions.

Ms. Martinelly has been the #1 agent in the company in overall production for 23 of the 24 years the company has been in existence. She has been a member of NJAR Million Dollar Sales club for 27 years, and 7 times has achieved the prestigious Gold status for over $10,000,000 in sales volume.

One of those years she was one of only 4 agents in the county to receive the Gold Award. 2001 was another record breaking gold award year for Ms. Martinelly as the only Shrewsbury resident in the industry to receive this recognition. In 2002, she again closed over $10,000,000 in sales volume and qualified for the Silver Circle of Excellence. 2003 and 2004 were both banner years with over $ 35,000,000 in closed sales volume. In 2005, she was one of only 19 agents from a roster of 11,000 to achieve the very coveted Platinum Circle of Excellence. In 2006 and in 2007 in a much softer and more challenging market she was able to close almost $20,000,000 in sales each year.

A Monmouth county native, Ms. Martinelly grew up in Monmouth Beach. She has resided with her three daughters in Shrewsbury for 30 years. She has been very active in local government, serving a 4 year term on the Shrewsbury Planning Board. Present and past affiliations include Newcomers Club, Campership, and Greater Monmouth County Chamber of Commerce. She participates in fund raising for many local charities.
