Monmouth University brought her to Monmouth County in 1969 where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1973 and has been a resident of the county ever since.

Kathy was Broker of her own real estate company, Exclusive Site Representative for many single family and townhome communities and Office Manager for Brokers 3 Realtor's Ocean Township office.

Her many titles and experience include Director of Advertising, Relocation, Sales Training, New HOmes/Townhouse Division, Land Acquisition, Management Supervisor, Appraisals, Property Manager, encompassing Residential, Land and Commercial properties.

Kathy's affiliations are the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors, Monmouth County Board of Realtors, Monmouth County Multiple Listing Service and received her certification as a New Homes Specialist in 1993.
